Training, support and hosting

Once your site is live we continue to support and work with you to maintain your web site.

Training

We provide comprehensive face-to-face training courses to help you and your staff learn how to administer and maintain the content of your new site. Our courses range from a couple of hours to 3 or 4 days depending on the complexity of the site. After the course, you will have the knowledge and skills to take ownership and control of your site.

We also tailor courses for clients who are interested in strengthening and developing their capacity to write for web and improve specific skills within their web team.

User guides and documentation

Following an agreed warranty period - where software defects are fixed free of charge - we provide a comprehensive support agreement with service levels tailored to your needs. Our maintenance plan covers the web site, Content Management Systems (CMS) and any associated software on an annual basis.

We provide support on a tiered basis with a Service Level Agreement to match the urgency of any issues raised.
