Consultancy
Manta Ray Media provides a comprehensive consultancy service advising you on how to best utilise digital technology to meet your objectives. Typically this occurs early in a project’s lifecycle, even at project conception, but may be utilised at any time. This work typically includes:
- Business analysis – where are you now and where are you trying to get to
- Creating specifications
- Devising interaction and system design
- Information architecture and wireframes
- Advising on the most appropriate technology / software to use - whether bespoke or off-the-shelf
Project planning and implementation
We have over 20 years of combined experience in planning, managing and successfully implementing a wide range of digital projects. Our practical approach and regular client meetings and contact ensure everyone is aware what is happening at every stage of the development and implementation process.
We always plan and manage the delivery of the project ourselves and typically we build the entire web site or application in-house. However, we may on occasion form part of a team and manage the development by another party on your behalf.
